After reading some of the feedback that I received from the Profs, I decided to COMPLETELY REDO THE SIM (I'm not upset, I just felt like emphasizing it for dramatic flare😂). I started a new Niagra System using the fountain sprite template and disabled the gravity node that it comes with by default. Then I plugged in the smoke material that I used for the last dust sim and change the Sub Image Size values so that it doesn't look weird. After that, I changed the shape location to a cone shape and made the cone wide enough to look like the dust is being kicked up by the dragnet. I then applied a wind force parameter to make the dust travel in a certain direction. After that, I made adjustments to the Scale Color and Scale Sprite Size so that the dust fades in rather than pop in like it's Call of Duty. I also put a curl force parameter so that way, the dust clouds have a slight bit of randomness.
