Last week the team met up to discuss the story of our thesis as the theming around it is pretty solid, but the story itself is where we needed more work to be done. We as a group, came to the conclusion that the story itself need to be overhauled to better fith the themes of the short film. I had even suggested that we take the approach of a disaster movie, similar to 2012, where the goal is to survive the calamity
One of our members, Martin Gross, even wrote out a sequence out line for the beginning of the short before the overhaul.
The main difference here is that the mermaids have ben removed form the story to focus more on the sea creatures.
